Football Playoff Statistics

Each year the NFHS asks for football playoff statistics from each state.

Attached is the sheet we need filled out by all schools participating in the playoffs to help collect this data. 

There are a total of 26 questions being asked.  **Remember, you must convert the total time into “minutes” as requested in Question #2.  This is the total time it took to play the game.

Example: Game kicks off at 7:30 and the final horn goes off at 9:30pm. You would enter the total time as 120 minutes for this game. Please only send one form in per school once your playoffs have ended.
